沈阳市非医学类大学生现场急救知识技能现状调查分析

目的：了解沈阳市非医学类大学生现场急救知识技能的掌握情况及需求，为开展非医学类大学生现场急救培训提供参考依据；为高等院校开展相关教育工作提供思路和方法。方法：运用非定额抽样的方法，在沈阳市随机抽取5个非医学类院校作为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果：急救电话的知晓率达到了87.1%，不同性别、年级、生源地的非医学类大学生对急救电话的知晓情况的差异没有统计学意义；有91.1%的大学生渴望了解急救知识希望学会自助互救技能，不同性别的大学生对急救知识的需求和态度的差异无统计学意义；性别因素对颈椎伤伤员的搬运知晓率的差异有统计学意义；调查对象对现场急救相关知识的总体得分较低。结论：沈阳市非医学类大学生现场急救知识和技能总体知晓率低，有接受相关培训的意愿，高校应尽快开设相关课程以满足学生需求。

Investigation and analysis of the present situation of first aid knowledge and skills among non medical college students in Shenyang

Objective To look into non medical college students , knowledge and skills of the present situation of first aid and the demand;To provide basis for specific training;To provide ideas and methods of university for carrying out the rel-evant education. Methods By using the method of non quota sampling , 5 non medical colleges in Shenyang were selected to the survey questionnaire. Results The awareness of call emergency telephone was rated of 87.1%,Gender,grade,and origin was not relate with field first aid knowledge;91.1%of the students are eager to learn knowledge of first aid skills,There was no significant difference between needs and attitudes of students of different genders in the knowledge of first aid;The awareness rate of the difference of gender on handling cervical injuries were statistically significant;the survey scored a lower. Conclusion non medical college students in Shenyang are lack of the knowledge and skills of field first aid,and they are wanted to accept training. So, the university should offer courses as soon as possible to meet the needs of students.
