摘    要:目的:探讨 BIS 监测瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注在 LC 患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性选择110例LC 患者,分为观察组与对照组,观察组根据 BIS 调节丙泊酚用量,对照组根据血流动力学变化调节丙泊酚用量。结果:观察组患者 T1、T2、T3点 HR、SBP、DBP 与对照组有统计学意义;对照组的丙泊酚用量、睁眼时间、拔除喉罩时间明显高于观察组;对照组 MMSE 降低程度明显高于观察组。结论:BIS 监测麻醉深度,可合理指导麻醉用药,且能维持血流动力学稳定,提高患者的早期认知功能的恢复,值得临床推广应用。

The application of remifentanil combined with propofol target controlled infusion by BIS monitoring on LC
Abstract:Objective To investigate the application efficacy of remifentanil combined with propofol target controlled infu-sion by BIS monitoring on LC. Methods 110 cases with LC were retrospectively chosen, who were divided into the observation group and control group, the observation group were given propofol by BIS monitoring, the control group were given propofol by hemodynamic change. Results The HR、SBP、DBP at T1、T2、T3 of the observation group had significant differences. The pro-pofol dosage, open time, root out a laryngeal mask time of the observation group were obvious higher than the control group, the MMSE score of the control group was obvious higher than the observation group. Conclusion BIS monitoring anesthesia depth, which could be reasonable guidance of anesthetic drugs and maintained the hemodynamic stability, improved the early recovery of cognitive function, which should be clinical promotion and application.
