小儿外科手术中丙泊酚联合芬太尼麻醉对患儿呼吸循环的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨小儿外科手术中丙泊酚联合芬太尼麻醉对患儿呼吸循环的影响。方法:选取择期外科手术患儿3~11岁60例,根据手术麻醉用药不同将其分为两组:观察组30例患儿给予丙泊酚联合芬太尼麻醉,对照组30例患儿给予丙泊酚联合异氟烷麻醉,观察并记录两组患儿麻醉期间血压、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)以及血氧饱和度(SpO2)指标变化,并统计患儿呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间以及拔管时间。结果:观察组患儿在麻醉前、术中及麻醉后的血压、HR、RR、SPO2指标均比较平稳,无明显变化,对照组变化明显;观察组患儿在自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间以及拔管时间上均显著优于对照组。结论:对于外科手术患儿,采用丙泊酚联合芬太尼麻醉对患儿呼吸循环系统无明显影响,具有安全和麻醉恢复快的优点,是一种安全有效的麻醉方式。

Effect of propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia on respiratory cycle in pediatric surgery
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia on respiratory cycle in pedi-atric surgery. Methods 3 children aged 11 to 60 years of age were divided into two groups: observation group of 30 patients with propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia, the control group of 30 patients with propofol combined with isoflurane anesthesia, observe and record blood pressure, heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR) and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) in two groups. Re-sults the blood pressure, RR, SPO2 and HR in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group , and the control group was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion the use of propofol and fentanyl anesthesia in children with surgical operation has no significant effect on respiratory circulatory system, which has the advantages of safe and quick recovery. It is a safe and effective anesthesia method.
