单纯性近视眼鼻侧视网膜神经纤维层厚度变化影响因素研究

摘    要:目的:探讨单纯性近视眼鼻侧视网膜神经纤维层厚度变化影响因素。方法:选择2013年2月~2015年2月在我院眼科接受检查的近视眼患者122例236眼,根据患者等效球镜度数分为低度近视眼组、中度近视眼组和高度近视眼组。进行眼科常规检查,以及等效球镜、眼压、眼轴长度和视野检查,并进行相关性分析。结果:男女性和年龄在各组间没有显著性的差异;随着近视眼程度的增加眼轴长度和等效球镜显著性增加;全周平均、上象限、下象限和鼻侧象限的视网膜神经纤维层厚度随着近视眼程度的增加而显著性降低;低度近视眼组、中度近视眼组和高度近视眼组鼻侧象限视网膜神经纤维层厚度与等效球镜和眼轴长度呈现为负相关。结论:单纯性近视眼患者鼻侧象限视网膜神经纤维层厚度与等效球镜和眼轴长度呈负相关。

Effect factors of simple myopia nasal retinal nerve fiber layer thickness variation
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect factors of simple myopia nasal retinal nerve fiber layer thickness variation. Methods 122 cases of 236 patients with myopia who were choosen from February 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital oph-thalmology inspected, According to the patient spherical equivalent degree, into low myopia group, moderate myopia group and high myopia group. Ophthalmologic routine examination, and spherical equivalent, intraocular pressure, axial length and vision inspection, and correlation analysis. Results Gender and age were not significant differences between groups;With the increase of the degree of myopia and spherical equivalent axial length was significantly increased;Full-week average, retinal nerve fiber layer thickness on the quadrant, quadrant and lower nasal quadrant with the increasing degree of myopia was significantly lower;Low myopia group, moderate myopia group and high myopia nasal quadrant retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and the spheri-cal equivalent and axial length exhibit negative correlation. Conclusion Simple myopia nasal quadrant retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and spherical equivalent and axial length is negatively correlated.
