奥氮平联合草酸艾司西酞普兰对抑郁症患者的疗效及对血清指标的影响

目的：探讨奥氮平联合草酸艾司西酞普兰对抑郁症患者的疗效及对血清指标的影响。方法：将96例于我院就诊的抑郁症患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各48例。对照组患者使用草酸艾司西酞普兰进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合奥氮平，两组治疗时间均为1个月。观察两组患者疗效及治疗前、后血清神经营养因子（BDNF）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、皮质醇（Cor）和神经功能相关因子 S100B 蛋白、髓鞘碱性蛋白（MBP）水平变化。结果：治疗后，观察组的治疗总有效率93.75％显著高于对照组总有效率70.83％；治疗后，两组血清 BDNF 水平均较治疗前显著升高，且观察组升高更显著，Hcy、Cor 和神经功能相关因子 S100B、MBP 均较治疗前显著降低，且观察组下降更显著。结论：奥氮平联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症疗效显著，可明显改善患者血清 BDNF、Hcy、Cor 和神经功能相关因子 S100B、MBP 水平。

The clinical effect and effect of olanzapine and escitalopram oxalate on serum markers in patients with depression

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and effect of olanzapine and escitalopram oxalate on serum markers in patients with depression. Methods A total of 96 depression patients were divided into observation group (n=48) and control group (n=48). The two groups were given the escitalopram oxalate and the observation group was additionally given olanzapine. The total treatment time was 1 month in two groups. To observe the efficacy of two groups, levels of BDNF, Hcy, Cor, S100B and MBP were tested and compared before and after treatment. Results Total effective rate of observation group (93.75%) was significantly higher than control group (70.83%) after treatment; BDNF level was increased significantly after treatment in two groups, and the observation group increased more significantly than in the control group; Hcy, Cor, S100B and MBP levels were decreased significantly after treatment in two groups, and the observation group decreased more significantly than in the con-trol group. Conclusion Olanzapine and escitalopram oxalate has obvious effect, which can obviously improve BDNF, Hcy, Cor, S100B and MBP levels in patients with depression.
