| 摘 要： | 目的 提高对失天性肺支气管囊肿的X线、CT诊断水平。方法 对19例临床确诊为先天性肺支气管囊肿病例的X线、CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果：单发含液囊肿9例，含气囊肿1例，多发性支气管囊肿9例。结论：X线、CT检查均能很好诊断本病，CT能发现更多征象。X线、CT表现不典型时，要与肺结核空洞和肺占位病变鉴别。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo improve the diagnosis of congenital bronchiolar abscess.Methods19 cases of congenitalbronchiolar abscess confirmed by clinic were studied retrospectively.Results9 cases were single-occurred bronchiolaredema,1 case was bronchiolar emphysema and 9 cases were repeated-occurred bronchiolar abscess.ConclusionsX-ray andCT are very important to diagnosis of congenital bronchiolar abscess. |
