惠州惠阳区一起小学流感样暴发的流行病学分析

目的 了解于小学校发生流感样暴发的流行特征，分析所采取有效的防治措施，为控制暴发提供科学依据。方法 采用现况流行病学方法，对该小学流感暴发的流行特征进行分析。结果 全校有学生314人，其中有112人发病，罹患率为35．67％。病例集中出现在5月13-17日，学前班的罹惠率最高为85．71％。结论 经临床及流行病学分析，初步诊断为流行性感冒，及时采取相对应措施，于5月31日未发现新病例。

Epidemiological analysis of an outbreak of influenza in a primary school of Huiyang District, Huizhou City

Objective To understand the epidemiological features of influenza outbreak in an elementary school and provide scientific evidence for monitoring and adopting effective control measures. Methods Epidemiological survey was conducted the patients were diagnosed based on the National Standard(GB15994-1995) and the epidemiological features of the outbreak of influenza in this elementary school was analyzed. Results Out of the 314 students in the school 112 pupils were infected with influenza,with an infection rate of 35.67%.The incidents occurred mostly in the period of from May 13to May 17.The infection rate is in preschool children was as high as 85.71%. Conclusion The outbreak of influenza in this primary school was effectively controlled after effective measures were taken.
