MMP-9和Ezrin在胶质瘤中的表达及相关性分析

目的：检测脑胶质瘤组织中MMP-9和Ezrin表达情况并探讨其意义.方法：采用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例脑胶质瘤、10例正常脑组织中两者的表达.结果：脑胶质瘤组织中MMP-9和Ezrin表达定位于细胞浆,其阳性表达率分别为74.00％ （37/50）和60.00％ （30/50）;正常脑组织为0、10.0％ （P ＜0.05）.两者的表达与胶质瘤患者的年龄、性别无明显相关性（P＞0.05）,但高级别组与低级别组之间表达具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）.在脑胶质瘤组织中MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达与Ezrin蛋白的阳性表达有相关性,二者呈正相关（P＜0.05）.结论：MMP-9高表达可能与胶质瘤发生有关,且与胶质瘤的浸润、发展、转移有关,Ezrin基因突变或缺失在胶质瘤的发生发展中起重要作用.

Expression and significance of MMP-9 and Ezrin in glioma

Objective：To determine the expression of MMP -9 and Ezrin in glioma and the significance. Meth- ods：To detect the expressions of MMP- 9 and Ezrin in 50 cases of glioma and 10 cases of normal brain tissue by im- munohistochemistry SP. Results： The expressions of MMP - 9 and Ezrin were located in the cytoplasm and the endom- etrial. The positive expression rates were 74.00% （37/50） and 60.00% （ 30/50 ） respectively which were signifi- cantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissue （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Their expressions were related with myometrial inva- sion, lymph nodemetastasis, clinical stage and pathological staging （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In glioma , the expressions of MMP - 9 and Ezrin were positively correlated with each other （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： MMP - 9 expression may be associat- ed with the pathogenesis of human glioma, and glioma invasion, development, metastasis, the deletion and mutation of Ezrin gene in gliomas plays an important role in the occurrence and development.
