原发性肺癌的影像学诊断

目的:提高医学影像学检查对原发性肺癌诊断的认识。方法:回顾性分析138例经手术和病理证实的原发性肺癌的X线、CT及高分辨CT(HRCT)征象,评价影像学诊断的临床应用价值。结果:138例原发性肺癌中,中央型肺癌91例,表现为肺不张、肺门肿块、支气管狭窄等。周围型肺癌43例,表现为肿块常为分叶状、毛刺及胸膜凹陷等。弥散型肺癌4例,表现为两肺弥漫结节阴影等。结论:原发性肺癌影像学表现有一定特征,尤其是HRCT可以较准确反映原发性肺癌的病理特征,是诊断原发性肺癌的有效手段。

To diagnose primary lung cancer by means of X- ray

Purpose:To improve the imaging diagnosis of primary lung cancer and discuss its clinical value.Methods:138 cases of primary lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed,combined with operation and pathology and clinical follow-up by means of X-ray,CT and HRCT.Results:Among them including central-style lung cancer(91 cases),the major imaging feature:pulmonary atelectasis;pulmonary hilar mass;bronchial stenosis.peripheral-style lung cancer(43 cases),the major imaging feature:majority of mass-forming is lobulation;speculation;pleural indentation.Diffusion-style lung cancer(4 cases),the major inaging feature:two lung field diffuse nodular patterns.Conclusion:The primary lung cancer possess relative imaging feature,particularly HRCT may accurately reflect pathological feature of the primary lung cancer,would be considered as effective method for diagnostic purpose.
