| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复张性肺水肿的观察要点与治疗措施。方法:对25例复张性肺水肿患者采用了以下措施:严密观察病情变化,早发现、早处理;保持呼吸道通畅;合理用氧纠正低氧血症;缓慢间断复张;加强基础护理。结果:23例治愈,2例抢救无效死亡。结论:要严密观察复张时患者的病情变化,针对病情加强治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate about observation point and nursing measure of reexpansin pulmonary edema.Methods:25 patients of reexpansion pulmonary edema underwent the following measures:changes of the diseases must be observed closely and found,diagnosed,dealt with earlier;keep the respiratory way smooth;oxygen should be used reasonably,the blood stream motivation should be kept steady;strengthen the base nursing;reexpanse the lung slowly and unconstantly.Results:23 patients were cured,2 patient died.Conclusion:The changes of diseases must be observed closely when reexpansion is going nursing should be strengthened according to the state of diseases. |
