早期干预新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病预后的临床观察

目的:探讨早期干预对中、重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床疗效。方法:将临床诊断为中、重度HIE足月儿39例随机分为干预组(20例)及对照组(19例);干预组接受早期干预。并在3、6、9、12、18、24月龄时进行运动发育和智力测定。结果:干预组平均智力发育指数(MD I)高于对照组(P<0.05),干预组平均运动发育指数(PDI)高于对照组(P<0.01),差异有显著性。干预组脑瘫、智能发育迟滞发生例数明显低于对照组。结论:对HIE患儿进行早期干预可改善其智力及运动发育,显著减少脑瘫、智能发育迟滞等后遗症的发生。

Climical effect of early intervention for the infants with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

Objective:To discuss the effect of early intervention for the infants with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods:39 infants with medium and severe HIE were divided into intervention group(20 case) and contral group(19 case).Early intervention was only applied in the intervention group.The physical and mental development of the children were inspected at ages of 3rd,6th,9th,12th,18th and 24th months.Results: The average scores of mental development index(MDI) in the intervention group were significantily higher than those of the contral group(P<0.05).The average scores of physical development index(PDI) in the intervention group were significantily higher than those of the contral group(P<0.01).The incidence of cerebral palsy(CP) and mental retardation(MR) in the contral group was significantly higher than those of the intervention group.Conclusions: Early intervention in the infants with HIE can improve their mental and physical development and reduce the incidence of CP and MR.
