| 摘 要： | 检测７２例慢性阻塞性肺部疾病（ＣＯＰＤ）患者及２６例正常人血、支气管肺泡泡洗液（ＢＡＬＦ）和肺泡巨噬细胞（ＡＭ）内ＣＡＭＰ和ｃＧＭＰ。结果表明：（１）正常人与ｃＯＰＤ患者外周血ｃＡＭＰ及ｃＧＭＰ无明显差异。（２）慢性支气管炎患者支气管及肺泡灌洗液中ｃＡＭＰ／ｃＧＭＰ明显降低，（３）皮质激素较舒喘灵更能改善ｃｏＰＤ患者ＡＭ内ｃＡＭＰ／ｃＧＭＰ水平。

| Abstract: | The levels of cAMP and cGMP in serum,Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid(BALF)and Alveolar Macrophage(AM)from 72 patients with chronic obstruction pulmonary diseases(COPD)and 26 normal subjects were examined and results showed:(1)No significant differences were found between COPD and normal subjects on cAMP or cGMP levels in serum.(2)The level of cAMP/cGMP in Bronchi-Lavage(BL)and Alveolar-Lavage(AL)from chronic bronchitis were significantly lower.(3)Compared with Ventolin,cortisol improved the levels of cAMP/cGMP in AM from chronic bronchitis and asthma patients better. |
