主动脉窦瘤破裂的X线诊断与临床分析

总结了２０例主动脉窦瘤破裂的Ｘ线诊断和临床资料，其临床特点为发病前，部分病人有明显诱因，发病以青壮年居多，男性多于女性。心电图无特征性；Ｘ线平片及升主动脉造影可以对其进行定性诊断。结合文献讨论了本病的病因与病理及Ｘ线表现。

Radiological diagnose and clinical analysis of repture of aortic sinus aneurysm

The clinical material and Radiological diagnose of 20 patients with repture of aortic sinus aneurysm was reviewed. It's clinical feature is that it had reason before onset with a lot of patients and youth were the majority, the male was as more as female, electrocar-diography was not significant. The radiological feature is that the diagnosis was confirmed by the chest X-ray and aortography for them. The emology, pathology and radiogic manifestations were discussed with review of the literature.
