| 摘 要： | 用原子吸收法测定儿童头发中Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ含量表明，阜阳地区农村儿童头发锌低于阜阳市学龄儿童，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５），Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ含量亦明显低于城市儿童，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），１～２岁儿童缺锌较严重，建议当地改进膳食结构，提高Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ摄入量。

| Abstract: | The contents of Cn,Zn,Fe in the children hair were determined by atomic absorption spectometry. The result showed that the content of Cu , Zn, Fe in the hair of rural pupils were significantly lower than that of the children in the town , (P<0. 05 and P<0. 01 ). The children of lacking. Zn account for 45. 30% especially at the age 1 to 2. If seems we should impove food habits so as to increase intake of Zn , Cn , Fe. |
