pS2蛋白雌激素受体孕激素受体表达与乳腺癌组织学分级预后的关系

目的　探讨乳腺癌雌激素诱导蛋白pS2、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)与乳腺癌组织学分级及术后生存期的关系。方法　标记的链亲和素-生物素-过氧化物酶法(LSAB)检测pS2、ER、PR在5 2例乳腺癌中的表达,采用χ2 检验进行统计学处理。结果　pS2、ER、PR的表达与组织学分级呈负相关,随乳腺癌分级级别升高而降低,在乳腺癌Ⅰ级和Ⅲ级间,Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级间差异有统计学意义(P <0 . 0 1)。pS2、ER、PR的表达随乳腺癌病人术后生存期的延长而升高,在5年以上组和5年以下组间差异有统计学意义(P <0 . 0 1)。pS2的表达与ER有关联。结论　pS2与ER、PR一样,是判断乳腺癌病人预后,指导临床内分泌治疗的有用指标。

Expression of pS2 protein,estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor in breast cancer and its relation with histologic grading and prognosis

Objective To investigate the expression of estr og en-induced protein pS2,estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor (PR) in brea st cancer and its relation to the histologic grading and prognosis.Metho ds By labelled streptavidin biotin (LSAB) immunohistochemical staining, the expressions of pS2,ER and PR were investigated in 52 patients with breast ca ncer.Results There was negative correlation between pS2,ER,PR e xpression and histologic grading (P<0.01).The expression of pS2 ,ER and PR was higher in the more-than-5-year survival group than that in the less-than-5-year survival group,showing significant difference (P<0 .01).There was positive correlation between pS2 expression and ER expres sion (P<0.01).Conclusion These results suggest that t he expression of pS2 could be considered as a prognostic and endocrinotherapeut ic predictor for breast cancer,like the expression of ER and PR.
