| Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to analyzed the consequences for the patients and professionals involved in medication. The author adopted as the methodological reference the Critical Incident Technique modificated. The study was developed at a University Hospital at the state of S?o Paulo, Brazil. Data were collected through interviews with 7 nurses, 4 nursing technicians and 23nursing auxillaries. The analysis enabled the identification consequences for the patient and consequences for the professional involved. |
