| 摘 要： | 多器官功能不全综合征为临床常见危重症,发病率高,病情凶险,病死率高。有关多器官功能不全综合征的研究已成为近年来危重医学领域的重大研究课题。本文就多器官功能不全综合征的流行病学、发病机制、诊断、治疗、动物模型、中医药研究等方面的进展情况进行综述。
