| 摘 要： | 目的建立参芪博力康片中淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Agiient ZORBAX SB-C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；V（乙腈）：V（水）=30：70为流动相；流速：1．0mL／min；检测波长270nm。结果淫羊藿苷在0．063-1．58μg范围内具有良好线性关系，平均回收率为97．1％，相对标准偏差为0．83％。结论该法可用于参芪博力康片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To set up a method for determining the content of icariin in Shenqibolikang tablets. Methods The separation was performed by high performance liquid chromatography in a ZORBAX SB-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） with a mobile phase of V（acetonitrile） ： V（water）=30 ： 70. The flow was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was set at 270 nm. Results The standard icariin showed a good linear correlation within the range 0.063-1.58 μg. The average recovery of the loading was 97.1% and the relative standard deviation was 0.83 %. Conclusion This method can be used for quality control of the icariin in Shenqibolikang tablets. |
