摘    要:近年来,药物选择电极的研制和应用十分活跃,已研制的各类各式药物电极不下70余种,每种药物电极均有其专属对象。本文报道了以四苯硼钠(Na-TPB)为活性物质的PVC膜石墨药物电极的研制及其应用。该电极制作简便,成本低廉(不需内参比电极和内参比液),

Abstract:This paper deals with the preparation of graphite current drug electrode and presents the methods of protentiometric titration for the determination of ingredients contained in 20 kinds of potentiometrical preparations. These methods are based on the use of graphite drug electrode as indicator electrode with the sodium tetraphenyl boron as titrant. The results showed on significant difference by the proposed method as compared with official methods. For instance, the average percentage recovery of propanthine bromide is 99.82% with standard deviation 0.38%. The electrode can be employed in the rapid determination of pharmaceutical preparations.
