口腔肿瘤手术切口感染的预防

目的：探讨口腔肿瘤手术切口感染的预防措施，以避免各项有关的并发症发生。方法：术前纠正营养不良、行口腔清洁等准备，术中严格遵守无菌操作，术后加强营养支持，合理使用抗生素。结果：全组（22例）术后均恢复良好，切口一期愈合，无感染及并发症的发生。结论：围术期各个环节的正确处理及合理使用抗生素，是预防口腔肿瘤手术切口感染的有效措施。

Preventing Infection of Operative Incisional Wound of Oral Tumor

Objective: Inquire preventive measures against infection of operative incisional wound of oral tumor, to avoid any kinds of relative complications. Method: from Mar. 1996 to Nov. 1997, 22 cases with oral tumors received operative treatment. Dystrophy was corrected and the oral cavity was cleaned preoperatively. Aseptic technique was observed strictly intraoperatively. The nutrition supporting therapy was improved and the antibiotics were used reasonably postoperatively. Result: All cases recovered well. The incisional wounds were first intention. No infection of incisional wounds. Conclusion:Any management in Perioperative Pened must be correct and the antibiotics must be used reasonably.These are the effective measures to prevent infection of the operative incisional wounds of the oral tumors and can reduce any kinds of relative complications.
