| 摘 要： | 目的观察新鱼腥草素钠治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将244例小儿急性上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为两组,治疗组148例用新鱼腥草素钠治疗,对照组96例用利巴韦林针和头孢氨苄甲氧苄定颗粒治疗。两组疗程都为3d。结果治疗组总有效率95.94%,对照组总有效率70.83%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(=30.64,P<0.005)。结论新鱼腥草素钠治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染安全有效,具有很好的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective Observe the efficacy of sodium new houttuyfonat injection in the treatment of children acute upper respiratory infection(AURI). Methods 244 cases of AURI were randomly divided into treating group (n=148) who were given sodium new houttuyfonat injection and control group (n= 96) given ribavirin pro injection combined cefelexin and trimethoprin granules, both for three days. Results The incidence of clinical effect in treating group is 95.94% which was more than that of control group, 70.83% ( =30.64, P < 0.005). Conclusion The sodium new houttuyfonat injection in children with AURI is a useful and safe treament, which is of importance in clinical practice. |
