尼尔雌醇对绝经后妇女血脂、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇及亚类的影响

为寻找一种对子宫内膜作用小、治疗更年期综合征有效的,同时又可避免孕激素对血脂代谢不利影响的药物,本文研究了尼尔雌醇(4mg/d,口服)对绝经后妇女血脂和高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇及亚类的影响;同时测定了用药前后血清 FSH、LH、E_2及 T 水平。结果显示:尼尔雌醇可降低血清 TG 水平、升高 Tch、HDl-ch HDL_2-ch 水平;Tch/HDL-ch、Tch/HDL_2-ch 及 HDL_3-ch/HDL_2-ch 三个比值下降,HDL_3-ch 水平无明显变化;用药后血清 FSH、LH 水平下降,E_2及 T 水平未见明显变化。结论:尼尔雌醇有利于绝经后妇女防止动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展,并可使之紊乱的内分泌环境相对协调稳定。

Effect of Nilestriol on Serum Lipid,HDL-ch in Postmenopausal Women

In order to look for the drugs,which have little action on endometrium,and treat menopausal syn- drom effectively and avoid progestin's side-effect on lipid metabolism,this article has studied the effect of nilestriol (4mg/d,po) on serum lipid HDL-ch,HDL_2-ch,HDL_3-ch and the level of FSH,LH,E_2 and T were mesasured at the time beofe and after therapy.The results of this study were as follows:1.TG, decrease;2.Tch,HDL-ch/HDL_2-ch,increase;3.Tch/HDL-ch,Tch/HDL_2-ch,and HDL_3-ch/HDL_2- ch,decrease;4.HDL_3-ch,on significance varianse;5.FSH,LH,decrese;6.E_2,T,no sigificance vari- ance.It is illustrated that;nilestriol could prevent the occurrence and devolopment of the atherosclerosis and regulate the endocrine disorder in postmenopausal women.
