摘    要:目的探讨心可舒颗粒中葛根素含量测定的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Alltima-C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6×150 mm);以甲醇-0.2%磷酸二氢钾溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长250nm;柱温25℃。结果葛根素在6.38-63.8μg/mL的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为97.33%,RSD为1.59%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可更好的控制心可舒颗粒的质量。

Abstract:Objective To research a method for determination of Puerarin in Xinkeshu Granules.Methods Gradient elution method was used to determine the content of Puerarin.The analytical column was Alltima-C18(5μm,4.6×150mm),with Methanol-0.2% potassium primary phosphate Solution as amobile phase,the column temperature was 25℃,the detection wavelength was 250nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results The calibration curve was linear over the rage of 6.38~63.8μg/mL(r=0.9997),the average recovery was 97.33% with 1.59% RSD(n=5).Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used for the quality control for Xinkeshu Granules.
