| 摘 要： | 针对新药临床试验中终点指标为事件发生时间的数据，以lifetest过程为基础编制了相应的SAS宏，格式化输出事件发生率的Kaplan-Meier估计、组间log-rank检验结果和阶梯曲线图，通过控制宏参数使得临床试验数据处理中相关的操作趋于灵活和高效，实现了分析内容的客户定制化以及结果输出的规范化。

| Abstract: | A SAS macro was developed based on the lifetest procedure to perform log-rank test and Kaplan-Meier estimation for time-to-event endpoint in clinical trial of new drug. With this SAS macro, the analysis of time-to-event data can be more flexible and efficient, thecontent of data analysis can be customized and its output can be standardized. |
