吗啡依赖性大鼠海马CA1区NKB细胞的改变

摘    要:目的观察吗啡依赖性大鼠海马CA1区NKB细胞的变化.方法用皮下注射吗啡法建立雄性大鼠吗啡依赖模型.用免疫组织化学和图像分析方法观察大鼠CA1区NKB细胞的变化.结果吗啡依赖性大鼠海马CA1区NKB细胞免疫反应减弱,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.01).结论NKB细胞减少与吗啡依赖性的发生、发展有关.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between changes of NKB and morphine dependence in rats.Methods:The morphine dependent model of male rats was made by subcutaneous injection of morphine.The alteration of NKB in the hippocampus CA 1 neuron of the rats were studied by means of immunohistochemical method and micro-image analysis system.Results:The NKB positive reactive product in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.01).Conclusion:NKB may play an important role in maintenance and development of morphine dependence.
