| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）时，施行急诊经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术（ＰＴＣＡ）的临床意义。方法 应用心导管技术，观察ＡＭＩ患者ＰＴＣＡ前后血流动力学指标的改变。入选指标包括：ＰＣＷＰ，ＭＰＡＰ，ＭＡｏＰ，ＬＶＥＤＰ，ＣＯ，ＣＩ，ＰＣＲ和ＳＶＲ。结果 与术前相比，ＰＴＣＡ术后ＰＣＷＰ，ＭＰＡＰ和ＬＶＥＤＰ三项指标明显下降，差异非常显著（Ｐ〈０．０１）。各余项指标虽有改变，但差异无显著性。结论 ＡＭＩ

| Abstract: | Objective To research the clinical significance of immediate Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA) in patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction(AMI).Methods Using the catheterization,we observed the change of hemodynamic indices before and after PTCA in patients with AMI.The hemodynamic indices included PCWP,MPAP,MAoP,LVEDP,CO,CI,PVR and SVR.Results Compared with the indices of hemodynamics before PTCA,the indices of PCWP,MPAP and LVEDP was decreased significantly after PTCA ( P <0 01).The others was no improved significantly.Conclusion After PTCA,the left ventricular function was improved significantly in patients with AMI.
