摘    要:目的:观察膀胱出口梗阻(BOO)后逼尿肌尿动力学及超微结构的改变。方法:通过改良法,建立BOO后引起逼尿肌不稳定(DI)的动物模型,根据尿动力学检查结果分为DI组和正常对照组,在了解逼尿肌功能变化基础上,利用透射电镜观察逼尿肌细胞的超微结构变化。结果:DI组逼尿肌细胞间连接以缝隙连接(GJ)为主要方式,正常对照组细胞以中间连接(IJ)为主。结论:BOO后膀胱逼尿肌功能改变与细胞超微结构改变有关,且GJ通道在DI发生中有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the dynamics and the ultrastructural changes of bladder detrusor following bladder outlet obstruction.Methods: Proximal urethra were partially ligated to produce the rat bladder outlet obstruction(BOO) models.Intravesical pressure was measured 6 weeks later.According to the dynamic result,fifty rats were divided into detrusor instability(DI) group and control group.Transmission electron microscopy was used to study the ultrastructure in the samples of detrusor.Results: There were a large number of gap junction(GJ) in DI group,and intermediate junction(IJ) in control group.Conclusion:The functional changes of bladder detrusor following BOO is related with the ultrastructure,an increase of GJ passage between detrusor cells might play an(important) role in the pathogenesis of detrusor instability.
