贝尼地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

目的用动态血压监测(ABPM)的方法评价贝尼地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法选择原发性高血压患者56例,随机分为贝尼地平组26例,厄贝沙坦组30例。分别观察服药前和服药后(8周末)的血压变化及贝尼地平服药前、后的24h,白昼、夜间的动态血压变化。结果贝尼地平组服药8周后SBP和DBP下降(16.9±11.8)和(12.8±9.2)mmHg(P<0.01)。厄贝沙坦组SBP和DBP下降(14.8±10.9)和(11.2±8.7)mmHg(P<0.01)。动态血压资料分析示服用贝尼地平后24h、白天、夜间平均收缩压/舒张压显著下降,收缩压和舒张压的谷峰比值分别为0.62和0.61。无严重不良反应。结论贝尼地平是一种安全有效的抗高血压药。

Efficacy Observation of Benidipine to Treat Essential Hypertension

Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of benidipine on the treatmient of essential hypprtension by means of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM). Methods Fifty-six patients with essential hypertension were selected, and randomly and double-blindly divided into benidipine group (n=26) and irbesartan group (n=30). Not only the changes in blood pressure before and after einght weeks’drug treatment, but also the ambulatory blood pressure (24 hours for day and night) before and after the administration of benidipine were observed.Results In the patients who were administered with benidipine for eight weeks, the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DPB) were depressed respectively by 16.8±11.8 and 12.8±9.2 (mmHg) (P<0.01), and in those with irbesartan, the SBP and DBP were depressed by 14.8±10.9 and 11.2±8.7 (mmHg) (P<0.01). ABPM for the 26 patients administered beidipine showed that benidipine reduced the average blood pressure significantly, and the mean trough-to-peak ratios were 0.62 for SBP and 0.61 for DBP. No severe bad reaction occurred. Conclusion It is suggested that benidipine is a safe and effective antihypertension drug.
