阿德福韦酯治疗低病毒载量乙型肝炎相关活动性肝硬化的疗效

目的探讨临床低病毒载量乙型肝炎相关活动性患者在用阿德福韦酯治疗前后的治疗效果观察。方法选取2012年8月—2013年8月我校附属人民医院消化内科收治的100例乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者就用药48周前后治疗效果及肝功能改变进行分析观察,在治疗前后对比效果并进行评价。结果 2组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、血清蛋白（ALB）、总胆红素（TBLL）与透明质酸（HA）治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对低病毒乙型肝炎病毒相关活动性肝硬化患者采用阿德福韦酯治疗可有效改善患者肝功能,较好的病毒及生化学答应,不良反应轻,值得在临床上推广应用。

Efficacy of adefovir dipivoxil in treatment of low viral loads of hepatitis B related active cirrhosis

Objective To explore the efficacy of adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of low viral loads of hepatitis B related active cirrhosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with low viral load of hepatitis B related active cirrhosis were treated with adefovir dipivoxil for 48 weeks,and the efficacy was evaluated and compared with equivalent control patients.Results There was a significant difference before and after the treatment（ the latter was better than the former） and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and control group（ the former was better than the latter） in the liver function indexes such as alanine aminotransferase（ ALT）,serum albumin（ ALB）,total bilirubin（ TBLL） and hyaluronic acid（ HA）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Adefovir dipivoxil has good efficacy in the treatment of low viral load of hepatitis B related active cirrhosis.
