59例大学生水痘临床特征及流行病学分析

目的通过对某大学在校学生水痘临床特征及流行情况、防控措施进行分析,为有效控制水痘在大学内流行提供科学依据。方法对2011年9月—2014年3月该校发生的59例水痘患者的发病及采取的防控措施进行回顾分析。结果大学生水痘,常年都可不定期发生,以冬春季发病为主。临床表现为成人水痘特点。对密切接触者接种水痘疫苗可有效控制发病。结论大学校内水痘的防控应按传染病治疗原则进行。接种水痘疫苗是防止本病在校园内流行的有效可行的措施。

Clinical features and epidemiologic analysis of 59 cases of varicella among college students

Objective To understand the clinical symptoms, epidemic status, preventive and controlling measures of varicella among college students so as to provide the references for prohibiting the varicella from spreading on campus effectively. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed based on the onsets and preventive measures of 59 varicella patients from September 2011 to March 2014. Results Varicella among college students occurred year-round, but mostly in winter-spring. The clinical features were as adult varicella characteristics. The inoculation against varicella to those with immediate contacts with the disease could effectively control the disease. Conclusions The prevention and control of varicella on college campus should follow the principles of infectious disease prevention and treatment, and the inoculation against varicella is an effective and feasible way to prevent the disease from spreading on campus.
