急诊快捷护理在抢救急性脑出血患者中的应用

目的研究急诊快捷护理流程在抢救急性脑出血患者中的作用。方法 90例对照组患者使用急诊常规护理,90例观察组使用急诊快捷护理流程,比较抢救时间及效果。结果观察组的分诊评估时间、完成CT时间、静脉用药时间及急救总时间均明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=47.361、8.771、21.148、20.374,P〈0.01）;观察组致残率37.8%、死亡率3.3%均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（χ2=12.806、4.063,P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论优化急诊护理流程,可以显著节约抢救时间,提高抢救效果。

Application of emergency quickly nursing process in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To study the value of emergency quickly nursing process in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 90 patients in a control group received the emergency routine nursing, and 90 patients in an observation group received the emergency quickly nursing proces,s, and rescue time and effect were compared. Results The triage evaluation time, the time of completing the CT examination, the time of intravenous drug using, and the total emergency time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, there were statistically significant differences （t = 47. 361,8. 771,21. 148,20. 374, all P 〈 0.01）. The disability was 37.8 % and mortality was 3.3% in the observation group, which were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there were statistically significant differences （x2=12.806,4.063,P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusions The improvement of emergency nursing process can save the rescue time and improve the rescue effect.
