医学院学生对转基因食品认知态度的调查

摘    要:目的了解在校大学生对转基因食品的认知接受情况,为日后转基因食品的宣传和发展提供方向。方法在济宁医学院抽取260名在校大学生进行匿名自填问卷调查。对所获得信息使用epidata建立数据库,采用SPSS16.0进行数据分析。结果 79.0%的大学生对转基因食品有较高认知的;不同人群对不同转基因品种食物接受程度具有差异。结论在校大学生对转基因食品认知度较高但了解的广度深度不够,媒体应加强对转基因食品相关知识的宣传力度,转基因食品将在争议中不断发展。

Investigation on cognition of genetically modified food in medical college students

Abstract:Objective To understand the status of cognition of genetically modified food in medical college students so as to provide the evidence for the promotion and development of genetically modified food. Methods A total of 260 students from Jining Medical College were investigated with questionnaires and the results were analyzed statistically by SPSS. Results Totally 79 % of the students had a high cognition of genetically modified food. There was a significant difference among different population in the acceptance of genetically modified food. Conclusions The students of Jining Medical College have a high cognition of genetically modified food, but the breadth and depth of knowledge are not enough. Therefore, the propaganda of relevant knowledge should be strengthened.
