四川省各级促进基本公共卫生服务均等化指导中心工作现状及项目进展情况

目的了解四川省各级促进基本公共卫生服务均等化指导中心（以下简称指导中心）的工作现状,及基本公共卫生服务项目进展情况,为下一步指导中心对基本公共卫生服务项目的推进,提出科学的建议。方法分别通过问卷调查和四川省基本公共卫生服务项目信息进度报表及省级基本公共卫生服务项目绩效考核等资料,收集四川省各级指导中心的工作现状及项目进展情况,并进行资料分析。结果 2011-10四川省各级指导中心相继成立以来,共组织开展了2 124次培训,开展了10 456次现场技术指导,8 012次督导检查,8 012次绩效考核。四川省基本公共卫生服务项目进展顺利,各项指标均达到国家医改相关要求。结论四川省各级指导中心自成立以来做了大量工作,有效地推进了基本公共卫生服务项目。

Working Status and Progress of the Project for Promoting Basic Health Equalization in Guidance Centers of Sichuan Province

Objective To study the working status and the project progress of guidance centers which dedicated to promote the equalization of basic public health services in Sichuan and to put forward scientific advice.Methods Data were collected through ways of questionnaire survey,progress sheets and performance assessments and were statistically analyzed.Results Since October 31,2011,the guidance centers of Sichuan province at all levels had carried out training for 2 124 times,on-site technical guidance for 10 456 times,supervision 8 012 times and performance assessment 8012 times.The basic public health services project were progressing smoothly,and all the indexes had met the requirement of the new medical reform.Conclusion Since its foundation,the guidance centers of Sichuan province at all levels have done a great deal of work and effectively promoted the basic public health services project.
