成都市四类人群体重控制相关行为调查分析

目的了解成都市四类人群体重控制相关行为,为开展职业人群体重控制提供依据。方法使用中国健康教育中心制订的《中国城市职业人群体重控制知信行调查问卷》,对成都市18~45岁公务员、事业单位人员、企业管理人员和大学生4类人群进行抽样调查,同时现场测量调查对象的身高、体重、腰围。结果有关体重控制相关行为部分的有效调查问卷1346份。4类人群中体重过低(BMI18.5)的11.89%,正常(BMI在18.5~23.9之间)的66.27%,超重(BMI在24.0~27.9之间)的18.20%,肥胖(BMI≥28.0)的3.64%。不同人群之间体重控制相关行为差异有统计学意义。结论全面开展健康促进行动,大力普及健康教育知识,倡导健康的生活方式,提高群众的健康意识,对控制体重和减少肥胖,预防慢性病的发生、发展都具有十分重要的意义。

Investigation on Body Weight Control Behaviors in Four Populations in Chengdu

Objective To investigate the body weight control behaviors in four populations in Chengdu,and to provide a basis for weight control in occupational population.Methods By using＂Chinese City Occupations Weight Control KAP Survey Questionnaire＂developed by China Health Education Center,18-45 years old civil servants,public institution staff,corporate managers and college students were surveyed,and height,weight and waist circumference were all measured.Results A total of 1 346 valid questionnaires were returned.Of all the participants,those with low body weight（ BMI〈18.5） accounted for 11.89%,those with normal（ BMI between 18.5-23.9） accounted for 66.27%,those with overweight（ BMI between 24.0 and 27.9） accounted for 18.20% and those of obesity（ BMI ≥ 28.0） accounted for3.64%.Weight control behaviors among populations showed statistically differences.Conclusion Health education and promotion,healthy life style advocacy are of significance to enhance the health awareness,control body weight,as well as control chronic disease among the vocational population.
