| 摘 要： | 目的 讨论1例大脑胼胝体缺如小儿术中高热的原因.方法 回顾分析1例先天性腭裂合并有大脑胼胝体缺如小儿行腭裂修复术的麻醉过程.结果 患儿在术中出现心率快,呼末二氧化碳高,一过性高热及苏醒延长.结论 该例大脑胼胝体缺如小儿术中出现高热其原因未明.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the cause of high fever of a child without brain callus during operation. Methods Review the whole anesthesia which a child without callus has been operated for the congenital cleft palate.Result During the operation,the child had a quick heart rate,high end-expired carbon dioxide,once high fever and delaying resuscitation. Conclusion The reason that the child without brain callus have high fever during operation was still not known. |
