丹参川芎嗪治疗急性脑梗死及对血清IL-6、MMP9水平的影响

目的探讨丹参川芎嗪对急性脑梗死（ACI）患者血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP9）水平的影响及临床疗效观察。方法选择95例发病〈48 h的颈内动脉系统ACI患者,分为常规治疗组（n=46）、丹参川芎嗪治疗组（n=49）以及对照组（健康体检者,n=40）。于治疗前和治疗后第3,7,14天测血清IL-6、MMP9水平,并进行神经功能评估等疗效观察。结果治疗前常规治疗组和丹参川芎嗪治疗组的IL-6、MMP9水平高于对照组（P〈0.01）,治疗后逐渐降低。治疗后第3,7天丹参川芎嗪组IL-6、MMP9水平较常规治疗组明显降低（P〈0.05）。丹参川芎嗪治疗组第7天,常规治疗组第14天血清IL-6、MMP9水平与对照组无差异（P〉0.05）。丹参川芎嗪治疗组出现进展型脑梗死比常规治疗组少;丹参川芎嗪治疗组总有效率（91.8%）高于常规治疗组（63.0%）。结论丹参川芎嗪可降低急性颈内动脉系统脑梗死患者血清IL-6、MMP9水平,并可改善神经功能。

Effect of TMPZ on the Levels of IL-6, MMP9 in Serum of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of Tetramethyl pyrazine（TMPZ）on the levels of IL-6,MMP9 of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 95 patients with acute cerebral infarction of the internal carotid artery（ICA） system（48 h） were selected randomly to TMPZ group（n=49） or control group（n=46）,40 health subjects were selected as normal controls.The serum levels of IL-6、MMP9 were measured before treatment and 3th,7th,14th day after treatment in both acute cerebral infarction groups and compared with health volunteers（normal group）.The clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated by National Institute of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS）.Results The serum levels of IL-6、MMP9 in both TMPZ group and control group were remarkably higher than that in normal group（all P0.01） before treatment,and gradually decreased after treatment.In TMPZ group the serum levels of IL-6 and MMP9 were significantly lower than those in control group at 3th,7th day after treatment（all P0.05） and returned to normal earlier,There was no significant difference of serum levels of IL-6 and MMP9 between normal group and TMPZ group at 7th day or control group at 14th day after treatment（all P0.05）.The patients who experienced neurological worsening in the TMPZ group were fewer than those in the control group.The curative rate of the TMPZ group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion TMPZ can significantly decrease the serum level of IL-6,MMP9 in the patients with acute cerebral infarction of internal carotid artery system,and it is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction.
