| 摘 要： | 本文通过44例(52个椎间盘)的术中所见及术后诊断,对MRI成像在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用进行了分析,结果为突出符合率97.2％,脱出符合率94.1％,需手术摘除的符合率完全相符。认为MRI不但具有准确定位、定性的作用,而且可以量化突出或脱出的程度,为临床对疑难病例的鉴别诊断提供了较可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | 52 lumbar disc herniations in 44 cases were diagnosed in MRI,and were confirmed by operation. The corresponded rate is 97. 2% in disc herniation and 94.1% in rupture. We recognized that MRI is reliable in diagnosis and location for lumbar disc herniation. |
