| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管内介入治疗在原发性中晚期阴道癌的应用。方法:7例原发性中晚期阴道癌患者,采用Seldinger经皮穿刺方法灌注双侧阴道动脉和(或)子宫动脉或髂内动脉前干,再用明胶海绵颗粒(1例加丝线微粒)栓塞阴道动脉和(或)子宫动脉或髂内动脉前干。结果:7例患者总有效率100%,其中5例临床症状有明显改善,2例完全消失,其中1例介入治疗1月后手术,术中出血减少,肿块周边界限清晰。结论:对于中晚期阴道癌患者,除了常规放疗、手术治疗外,血管内介入治疗不失为一种行之有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the application of interventional treatment in the medial or terminal primary carcinoma of vagina.Methods:Arterial perfusion chemotherapy of seven primary carcinoma of vagina patients were performed in bilateral vaginal arteries and uterus or trunk of anterior and internal iliac arteries by Seldinger technique,then embolized arteries of vagina and uterus with gelatin sponge(one case added silk thread).Results:Clinic symptom inproved markedly after interventional treatment of 5 cases,disappeared completely of 2 cases,and the other one was operated one month later with less bleeding and shorter operatine time.The overall respone rate was 100%.Conclusion:Its an effective treatment method for medial or terminal carcinoma of vagina besides rontine radiotherapy and operation. |
