| 摘 要： | 目的观察自制盐酸乌拉地尔滴鼻剂对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用。方法将自发性高血压大鼠9只SHR在清醒状态下随机分成3组,实验组3只在清醒状态下予盐酸乌拉地尔滴鼻剂滴鼻给药,阳性对照组予盐酸乌拉地尔注射剂尾静脉注射给药,阴性对照组予生理盐水滴鼻。给药后即测尾动脉血压。结果实验组和阳性对照组降压作用与生理盐水组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论自制盐酸乌拉地尔滴鼻剂能够使自发性高血压大鼠血压迅速降低。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the effect of Urapidil Hydrochloride naristillae on blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).Methods 9 SHRs in consciousness was divided into three groups and every group has 3 rats.The experimental group was given Urapidil Hydrochloride naristillae by nose,the masculine control group was given Urapidil Hydrochloride injection,and the negative control group was given normal sodium by nose.The arteria caudilis blood pressure in SHR was measured after administration.Results The antihypertensive effect of experimental group and masculine control group combining to the negative control group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The Urapidil Hydrochloride naristillae can decrease blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats. |
