| 摘 要： | 目的:分析肾综合征出血热(HFRS)在高发疫区流行演变状况,掌握HFRS流行新动向.方法:根据莒县28年HFRS发病资料和鼠情监测结果进行流行病学分析.结果:莒县1975-2002年HFRS发病出现两次流行高峰,季节发病由秋冬单峰向-春、秋双峰-春季单峰演变.提示莒县有家鼠型疫源地存在可能.结论:莒县HFRS发病由1980年前姬鼠型向-以姬鼠型为主的混合型-以家鼠型为主的混合型演变.

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the epidemic change of HFRS in high-rate areas and to know its new epidemic trend.Methods:The author reviewed 28-year data of HFRS in Ju county and the mouse-monitored results during that period,and then analysed its epidemiology.Results:From 1975 to 2002 in Ju county,two epidemic peaks took place.The seasonal characteristics changed from single peak in autumn and winter to two peaks in spring and autumn,and then to single peak in spring,which indicated the possibility of the disease origin from rattus.Conclusion: HFRS in Ju county changed from the type of acoedemus agrarius to the complex type with most of acoedemus agrarius,and then to the complex type with most of rattus. |
