| Abstract: | Chronic heart failure (CHF)is described as a clinical syndrome with high morbidity and mortality. In general,the pathophysiolo- gic mechanisms is responsible for cardiac remodeling and characterized by neuroendocrine activation.It shown that the neurohormonal antagonists had clinical efficacy in the treatment of CHF. We review some neurohormonal antagonists for CHF therapy, to provide reference for clinical parmacological therapies. |
