| 摘 要： | 目的:观察助阳通便汤对慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法:将90例慢性功能性便秘患者随机分为观察组与对照组,分别应用助阳通便汤及麻仁滋脾丸治疗2周,通过便秘症状的改善情况以观察其疗效。结果:治疗前、后两组自身对照均有显著疗效(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率97.8%,对照组总有效率86.7%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:助阳通便汤是治疗慢性功能性便秘的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:The purpose is to observe the effect of Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction which can treat chronic functional constipation.Methods:180 chronic functional constipation sufferers were randomly divided into observation group and control group,respectively application Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction and MaRenZiPi pill for two weeks and the improvement condition of the symptom was observed for evaluating its curative effect.Results:Two groups all had curative effect(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 97.8% in treatment group and 86.7% in control group.The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction has definite therapeutical effect on treating chronic functional consipation. |
