蜂针对胶原诱导关节炎大鼠HPA轴的影响

摘    要:目的:本课题采用前瞻性对照研究,观察蜂针对胶原诱导关节炎(CIA)大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA轴)的影响。方法:采用弗氏不完全佐剂乳化的Ⅱ型胶原乳剂造模。将53只造模成功的大鼠按简单随机法分为模型组、蜂针肾俞组、蜂针后三里组、西药组、蒸馏水组等,并设立正常组进行对照。其中西药组13只大鼠,其余各组每组10只大鼠。结果:蜂针组与西药组大鼠的IL-1、IL-6及TNF-α等致炎细胞因子水平低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,蜂针肾俞组、蜂针后三里组大鼠的CRH和ACTH水平低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);蜂针肾俞组大鼠的COR水平高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:蜂针可有效抑制CIA大鼠体内细胞因子的水平,改善HPA轴免疫调节的作用。

Abstract:Objective:Prospective control study was applied in this topic to observe the effects of bee needle on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis of rats with collagen-induced arthritis.Methods:The emulsion of typeⅡ collagen emulsified by Freund’s incomplete adjuvant was adopted to make models.About 53 successfully model-made rats were randomly divided into model group,bee needle on Shenshu group,bee needle on Housanli group,western medicine group and distilled water group,and normal group was set up for the comparison.There are 13 rats in western medicine group,while each of the other groups contains 10 rats.Results:The proinflammatory cytokine levels of rats in bee needle group and western medicine group were lower than those in model group,and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparing with the model group,the levels of CRH and ACTH of the rats in bee needle on Shenshu group and bee needle on Housanli group were lower than those of the model group,and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The level of COR in bee needle on Shenshu group was higher than that that of the model group,which has statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:Bee needle could effectively inhibit the level of cytokines in the CIA rats,and improve the function of HPA axis in the immune regulation.
