干燥综合征中医药治疗进展

干燥综合征因异常的细胞和体液免疫反应,造成腺体及小管周围淋巴细胞及浆细胞浸润,结缔组织增生,引起患者的组织炎症和破坏性病变,表现为口眼干燥及其他多脏器损害。目前主要治疗为改善临床症状,尚无根治方法,文章从中医药、针灸理疗、实验等方面进行综述,以期拓展对干燥综合征治疗的新思路。

Study Progress on TCM Treatment of Sicca Syndrome

Sicca syndrome is caused by abnormal cellular and humoral immune response,resulting in lymphocyte and plasmocyte infiltration around gland and vasculum,connective tissue proliferation,causing tissue inflammation and destructive lesion.The clinical manifestations include dry eyes and mouth and other multi-organ damage.Currently the primary treatment is improving clinical symptoms,there’s no treatment for radical cure.This article reviewed acupuncture physiotherapy and experiments in an attempt to further a new thinking for the treatment of sicca syndrome.
