重症急性胰腺炎应用丹参注射液临床研究

目的:观察丹参注射液在治疗重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)过程中的疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法:将2008年3月—2011年4月收入院的59例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组20例和治疗组39例均采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹参注射液静脉滴注。结果:治疗组患者的症状、体征缓解时间、血淀粉酶、白细胞、血钙恢复正常时间及平均住院时间低于对照组患者,Ranson评分和APACHEⅡ评分下降较对照组明显,并发MODS和中转手术的比例比对照组低,总有效率比对照组高。结论:丹参注射液能够明显的缓解重症急性胰腺炎临床表现,减少严重并发症出现,值得临床推广。

Clinical Research on Severe Acute Pancreatitis Application with Salvia Injection

Objective:To observe the effectiveness of severe acute pancreatitis treatment with salvia injection,explore its mechanism.Methods:Patiences of severe acute pancreatitis coming to the hospital between March 2008 to April 2011 were randomly divided into two groups.Both 20 cases of control group and 39 cases of treatment group were treated with conventional western medicine,with the exception that intravenous drip instillation of salvia injection being added to the treatment group.Results:The symptoms,relief time,serum amylase,WBC,serum calcium returned to normal and average hospital stay of the patients in the treatmen group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Ranson score and APACHE Ⅱ score decreased significantly compared with the control group,concurrent ratio of MODS and transit operations was lower than the control.The total efficiency is also higher than the control group.Conclusion:Salvia Injection can significantly alleviate the clinical manifestations and reduce the serious complications of severe acute pancreatitis.It is worthy of promotion.
