摘    要:目的:通过观察王氏保赤丸对小鼠肠道菌群中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠球菌和大肠埃希菌数量的影响,从肠道菌群变化方面研究长期用王氏保赤丸是否引起小鼠肠道菌群失调,为合理使用该药提供实验依据。方法:将实验小鼠分为王氏保赤丸高、中、低剂量组,分别以王氏保赤丸147、49、17mg/(kg.d)灌胃14天;设正常对照组和抗生素致菌群失调对照组,分别予生理盐水灌胃、盐酸林可霉素灌胃14天。取盲肠内容物培养后分离双歧杆菌、肠球菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌,鉴定并计数。结果:各组大肠杆菌数量无差异。抗生素组肠球菌数量增加、乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量减少;王氏保赤丸高、中、低剂组3种菌群计数无明显变化,与抗生素组比较有明显差异(P<0.05),与正常组比较无显著差异。结论:长期服用王氏保赤丸不会引起抗生素样菌群失调。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the change of the intestinal flora of mice after given different dosage Wanshi Baochi Wan(WSBCW)and provide data and evidence for proper use of it in clinic.Method:Antibiotic-induced intestinal dysbacteriosis mice group,WSBCW groups of various dose were made to compare the intestinal flora change between groups and with normal mice.The mice were given gastric lavage for 14 days by high dosage,middle dosage,low dosage WSBCW [147mg/(kg·d),49mg/(kg·d),17mg/(kg·d)] in WSBCW groups,and Lincomycin(0.4mL/d)in antibiotic group,N.S(0.4mL/d)in normal group.The amount of Enterococcus,E.coli,Bacillus bifidus and Lactobacillus in the appendix content of each mouse was examined after 14 days.Results:There was no significant difference between WSBCW groups compared to normal group on the amount of Enterococcus,E.coli,Bacillus bifidus and Lactobacillus.The amount of Enterococcus increased on antibiotic group with Bacillus bifidus and Lactobacillus decreased.There was significant difference between WSBCW groups and antibiotic group on the amount of Enterococcus,Bacillus bifidus and Lactobacillus.Conclusion:With a long term high dosage,middle dosage,low dosage of WSBCW,it can’t induce intestinal flora imbalance compared with Lincomycin.
