| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨综合护理干预对儿童特发性便秘的影响。方法:对12例患儿进行系统的综合护理干预,通过治疗前后症状积分,以观察综合护理干预在特发性便秘患儿治疗中的疗效。结果:治疗后各症状积分明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义。结论:综合护理干预在特发性便秘患儿治疗过程中有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the influence of comprehensive care intervention on children with idiopathic constipation.Methods:To intervine twelve cases by comprehensive care.Then to observe the effect of children with idiopathic constipation by symptom scores before and after treatment.Result:Symptom scores obviously lower then that before treatment.It is statistical significant.Conclusion:Comprehensive care intervention is an important role in children idiopathic constipation. |
