| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨口服头孢克肟治疗小儿细菌性腹泻的疗效。方法:在门诊选择92例小儿细菌性腹泻随机分为治疗组(52例)、对照组(40例)进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率(96.15%)与对照组总有效率(62.5%)有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:口服头孢克肟治疗小儿细菌性腹泻效果显著,无明显不良反应,使用安全、方便。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the treatment of children,oral cephalosporins latter bacterial diarrhea curative effect.Methods:92 cases of children in outpatient service choice bacterial diarrhea divided into the treatment group(52 cases)and control group(n=40)are compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group(96.15%)and the control group total effective rate(62.5%) significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral cephalosporins g in treating pediatric bacterial diarrhea latter effect significantly,no obvious adverse reaction,the use of safe,convenient. |
