| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针刺治疗缺血性中风急性期假性延髓麻痹患者吞咽功能的作用。方法:对80例缺血性中风急性期假性延髓麻痹的患者采用针刺廉泉、风池、翳风、完骨、翳明、供血及舌下放血治疗,并与对照组82例比较。结果:治疗组有效率92.5%,对照组有效率71.4%,经统计学处理两组疗效有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:该疗法可以明显改善吞咽及舌体运动功能,是缺血性中风急性期假性延髓麻痹患者的主要治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:Investigate the Acupuncture treatment of acute ischemic stroke with pseudo-bulbar palsy swallowing function.Method:80 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients with pseudo-bulbar paralysis were treated by acupuncture Lianquan,Fengchi,Yifeng,Wangu,Yiming and Gongxue,and Sublingual bleeding.And then compared with the control group which composed by 82 cases.Results:The efficacy of treatment group was 92.5%,the contral group was 71.4%,there are two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy can significantly improve the swallowing and tongue motor function,and the therapy is the main treatment method of acute ischemic stroke with pseudo-bulbar paralysis. |
