| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗冠状动脉硬化性心脏病(冠心病)不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:采用随机法将134例患者分为中药联合西药组与西药组,疗程为3周,应用心绞痛及心电图双重标准进行疗效的评估。结果:中药联合西药组缓解心绞痛总有效率为91.0%,心电图改善总有效率为89.7%,分别优于西药组75.0%、64.3%,两组比较有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合组治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the Integrative Medicine of the efficacy of the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with unstable angina pectoris.Methods:A random method 134 patients were divided into traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine group and western group,treatment for three weeks,with angina and ECG double standard assessment of efficacy.Results:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine group relieve angina pectoris total effective rate was 91.0%,ECG to improve the total effective rate was 89.7%,respectively,better than the WM group 75.0% and 64.3% respectively,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Integrative Group Treatment of unstable angina pectoris. |
